Ginisang Kangkong with Oyster Sauce
Ingredients:
Best served with hot rice and fried or steamed fish dish.
- 2 bundles of kangkong
- 1 onion
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 4 tbsp of oyster sauce
- Cooking oil
- Fish sauce and ground black pepper to taste.
Procedures:
- Take out leaves and stalks of the kangkong. Set aside.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan, fry half of the garlic until golden brown. Set aside.
- In the same pan and oil, saute the remaining garlic and toss in the kangkong.
- Add oyster sauce. Mix well.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add fish sauce and ground black pepper to taste.
- Place the toasted garlic on top.
