Ginisang Kangkong with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:


  • 2 bundles of kangkong
  • 1 onion
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • Cooking oil
  • Fish sauce and ground black pepper to taste.

Procedures:
  • Take out leaves and stalks of the kangkong.  Set aside.
  • Heat cooking oil in a pan, fry half of the garlic until golden brown.  Set aside.
  • In the same pan and oil, saute the remaining garlic and toss in the kangkong.
  • Add oyster sauce.  Mix well.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add fish sauce and ground black pepper to taste.
  • Place the toasted garlic on top.


Hmmm.. Healthy and yummy!
