Planning a first birthday party can be overwhelming. Lucky for me, I have a husband who loves to plan and do research for our family events and getaways.
Being an event planner/coordinator was once a dream of mine, but dreams can be deceiving sometimes. You have to know what your passion really is, but hey it's another story. 😃
So, here are the details of the event:
***Princess Hailey Party Needs and Catering Services for Minion Themed Kiddie Party Package P40k including - foods for 70 adults(3 viands+rice+pasta+1 round iced tea+unli water) and 30 children (spaghetti/hotdog/fried chicken) - basic sound system - 8 sets of tables, 30 kiddie chairs - candy buffet (8 candy jars and mallows + tarp) - 30 prizes, 30 lootbags, 30 themed party hats, 30 balloon sticks, 2 pabitin and 1 piñata - venue design including 4x5 tarp, balloon decor, cake arch, balloonderitas - bubble machine, balloon twisting show - 2 clowns with magic presentation, clown also hosted the party - photobooth for 2 hrs - minions mascot - waiter and buffet area servers - additional minion cake (P3500) - transpo for QC venue P1k on top of 40k
***Venue: Pinecrest Function room 4 hours use P5700 (+ P5k refundable bond)... I think they no longer allow party celebrations of non-member

Lovely details about the minion themed birthday bash. Everything seems to be super awesome. It is my kids’ favorite theme too. On their recent birthday I also hosted a DIY minion inspired party for them at one of the rental event venues Chicago. Had made very pretty crafts and the kids also helped with craft making as well as decorations.
This is actually a very late post. We were here last October of 2019; hence, some buildings were still under construction. We arrived at around 3pm, but were told that they were still cleaning the villa so we waited at the reception area and/or Reef 'n Beef. At around 4 pm, our villa was ready and so we went. We were in awestruck with the villa. Every corner was instagrammable. The chic Moroccan-inspired living room was impressive with its perfectly whitewashed walls and the potted greenery creates that outdoor feel. We stayed in their one-bedroom beach villa. Mango Bene - P198/slice (all-time favorite) We have been to Trinoma, SM North, SM Sta. Mesa and SM Aura branches, and it is still the same feel-at-home vibe . Ambiance is very relaxing , homey and cozy . Servers are always friendly and accommodating. Mary Grace offers a wide selection of pastries and cakes, but they are best known for their ensaymadas. I have tried their ensaymada and cheese rolls , both classic and grilled, but I must say I am not a fan of it. They are tasty, but not the best. We are going gaga over Mary Grace hot chocolate. It is very rich , creamy , decadent and heart warming . This is definitely a must try. This is the kind of drink that brings back pleasant memories and lifts your spirit. You will find yourself smiling while sipping this hot chocolate (though the serving is insanely minuscule). We also tried their peppermint hot chocolate , but it is not quite as good. Montebello Villa Hotel is located amidst the active metropolis of Cebu, just behind Gaisano Country Mall , a 4-minute walk away. The hotel maintains its low-rise buildings, surrounded by greenery. We just came from our Bantayan Island escapade when we checked in at this hotel. It was an almost 6-hour trip from the island itself. We rode a ferry from Santa Fe Port to Hagnaya Port , and from there, we were able to find a van bound to Cebu North Bus Terminal and finally rode a taxi to the hotel. We were greeted with their refreshing welcome drink, a delightful concoction of what seems to be ginger and lemon grass. Staff greets us all the time. They were accommodating and helpful. My husband booked the Superior Room , which is a blend of traditional Filipino and Hispanic style . It has a private balcony and bathtub. We paid an additional fee of P1,200 for extra head.
